What is printed near the airport

The western lines out of the city pass the Antiga Aerogare and Avenida João Paulo II stops and the Relva stops beyond them: line 200 to Relva is printed at Antiga Aerogare six minutes after leaving Alfândega, at 08:16, 09:16 and on through the day to 19:16 on weekdays, and at 08:16, 09:16, 10:16 and 12:16 on Saturdays ^[source]. Lines 205 and 206 to the west pass the same stop on their way to Sete Cidades and Mosteiros ^{[source, source]}. None of these stops is at the terminal; the walk from any of them to the airport is along a main road and is not something the timetable describes.

The shuttle

The corridor guide on this site describes the AeroBus as a purpose-run airport link established under an ANA Aeroportos tender, operating as a loop through the city rather than a single-stop express, so whether your accommodation sits on the loop decides whether it beats a taxi ^[source]. Onward by interurban bus

From the seafront, the lines to Lagoa (311), Vila Franca do Campo (315), Ribeira Grande (102, 103), Furnas (110, 318) and the west (205, 206, 208) all start within a few hundred metres of each other at the Alfândega, Marina, Piscinas and Forte de São Brás stops ^{[source, source]}.
