Worth your time

What Arrifes does best

Arrifes is the sprawling parish north-west of Ponta Delgada. Two circular lines loop through it and Covoada, the Milagres circulars pass its edge, and the night circular serves it too, which is why it has the longest list of printed stops on the network.

Farming country

Dairy pasture climbs from the parish towards the western hills.

Good to know

  • Circular lines 301 and 303 run the same loop in opposite directions; the printed stop order differs.
