Ponta Delgada
The Azores’ biggest town: basalt-and-whitewash arcades, a working waterfront, and its own municipal MiniBUS.
São MiguelSão Miguel
A broad dark-sand beach on São Miguel’s south coast.
Choose it for a straightforward beach visit near the Ponta Delgada side of the island, with volcanic sand underfoot.
Line 315 prints S. Roque (Praia das Milícias) in both directions on the south-coast road. The snapshot has no stop coordinates, so it does not prove the beach entrance distance.
Use the 315 column toward Ponta Delgada for the return and confirm the service day before spending the afternoon at the beach.
